Description
The complex is part of the Barú Marine Project, Barú Island, located in the Ciénaga de Portonaito, one of the most important natural lagoons on the island, located in the center of the peninsula.
On its shores is the Hotel Royal Decameron and the Marina Barú. Because it is closed to the sea, its waters are calm, which makes it an ideal place to practice water sports.
The Complex has land access (via Mamonal, Puente de Barú over the Canal del Dique, paved road within the Island of Barú up to the Barú Marina Project, about three kilometers ahead of Santa Ana) and by sea with a dock to the Complex Los Capes.
Public services are provided by Aguas de Cartagena, Electricaribe, and Surtigas (natural gas).
The Los Cabos complex has a full stand-by power plant. The Barú Marina Project has a concierge and 24-hour security.
The private area of the lot is 713 square meters, it is the one that the house of 261 square meters is built on. On the first level there are covered terraces (in front of the room with retractable parasol), living room, separate dining room, kitchen with electric dishwasher and refrigerator, laundry patio, utility room with bathroom, internal patio, social bathroom, two bedrooms and bedroom bathroom. The second level consists of a covered terrace, main bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.
The house has split-type air conditioners in the living room, dining room, kitchen and in the three bedrooms.

The house is sold furnished as it is, fine furniture in perfect condition, large format LCD television (x2), Bosé audio in the living room, Blue ray (x2), DirecTV connection. Decorative accessories or paintings are not sold, which will be removed before delivery.
It has a covered terrace with parasols of first quality, spacious and beautiful coral stone floors.
